Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your instrument in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full credit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
